We regularly collaborate with expert consultants when a mission requires it.

 

MISSION

Consultants are typically accountable for project delivery and may have to manage a number of client projects concurrently. The role may or may not be client facing.

In addition and depending on the scope of the mission, you will be:

• Building strong partnerships with customer stakeholders

• Identifying opportunities for growth and securing referrals

• Researching business trends and practices to give informed advice

What we’re looking for

You are an expert in your field. Your clear and insightful understanding on most issues central to your field allow you to advice with competence and confidence.

Demonstrated consulting experience in fields relevant to business expansion consulting (e.g. strategy, logistics, IT infrastructures, pricing strategy, communication, marketing, Quality, Operations).

Superior analytical skills and solid academic track record.

You have at least 5 years working within your field of technical expertise.

Fluency in English essential. Fluency in Portuguese a big plus. Other languages appreciated.

• Fast learners with high integrity.

Business Development Executive

Latam Bridge is currently seeking a Business Development Executive based in Luxembourg/Paris/Brussels/Cologne.

MISSION

The Business Development Executive will identify prospects in the Region and present LB’s service portfolio to them. He will be able to transform those prospects into clients through a consultative selling approach and a methodical review of potential areas of synergy.

This role notably entails:

Building strong and productive partnerships with the prospects and the clients.

Identifying opportunities for growth and defining adequate business development strategies.

Promote Latam Bridge’s Brand and Services in various professional events and the various chambers of Commerce in the region.

What we’re looking for

•  Demonstrated consultative selling experience in a services industry. Management consulting experience a plus. At least 5 years total work experience.

•  Superior presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

•  Highly motivated, ambitious. Self-starter.

•  Mastery of English essential. Any other language is a plus.

•  Ability to develop creative and high added-value proposals on his/her own.

What we offer

– 50K – 65K Eur base annual salary.

– Commission scheme strongly incentivizing above-target results.

ABOUT YOU

If you have graduated or still study International Business, Economics, Engineering or International Relations, are eager to embrace the perks and challenges of a Business Expansion consulting firm and wish to build an international career path, this may be for you.

You have outstanding analytical skills, are comfortable and proficient extracting and summarizing facts and key data from reports, studies and miscellaneous legislative texts to translate them into intelligible insights for businesses. 

You have had some level of international experience/exposure, having lived or studied abroad, and/or having worked for a non-Mexican firm before. You are aware of the cultural dimension of communication and doing business, and display rigor, flexibility and professionalism in managing expectations. 

Your English and Spanish are fluent. Another European Language a plus.

Most importantly, you are excited about our Vision and Mission. After a successful 6-months Traineeship, you’ll have the possibility of becoming a full-time employee.
